Ben joined Perceptive as part of the Invicro acquisition, where he served as CFO. As a CPA and Six Sigma-certified professional, he leverages data-driven strategies to build organizations for long-term success. Formerly a consultant in the healthcare sector, Ben guided organizations through transformative initiatives. Ben’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and empowering teams to excel. He is passionate about fostering talent, building teams, and consistently driving sustainable results for the long-haul.

Mario is an experienced international pharmaceutical executive with over 30 years in various roles, focusing on team development and business growth in both developed and emerging markets. He holds a BPharm and MSc in Pharmacology from the University of Montreal, Canada. Mario has held important positions at Schering Plough (Merck & Co.), PPD, IQVIA, Novartis, and Parexel, where he contributed to operations, technology, and partnerships in global clinical development. Most recently, as Chief Executive Officer of Cerba Research, he helped transform the company into a profitable and growing business during his six-year tenure.

David, a distinguished graduate of Lipscomb and Vanderbilt universities, is a highly decorated American military officer with seventeen years of exemplary service and a career in technology-enabled scientific services. He has earned numerous meritorious awards for leadership, strategic expertise, and unwavering dedication. David served as a management consultant at EY and Alexander Consulting Group, advising high-tech companies in healthcare and life sciences. He was pivotal in developing the first-generation endpoint platform Bioclinica, now Clario. David joined CapVest Capital and Glo Healthcare, acquiring Calyx and Invicro; re-establishing Perceptive Imaging. David lives in London with his wife and two younger children.

Andy is a highly strategic and commercially focused Group Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in leading roles in private equity backed businesses and listed companies across various industries. He has managed diverse global teams to drive high levels of growth and significant transformation programs. Andy has over 30 years of experience in finance and has held key roles at Perceptive, Openreach (BT Group PLC), and Boots, demonstrating his expertise in finance transformation, business restructuring, and strategic planning.

Gregoire has over 20 years of experience in professional services and private equity, focusing on healthcare and life sciences. As Group COO, he oversees various departments including HR, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Communications, Facilities, PMO, M&A, and manages entities in Germany, India, and Japan. He was also interim GM of India for six months. Before Perceptive, he was part of Curium’s Global Leadership Team and previously held Managing Director roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry International. Gregoire, a French citizen raised in Switzerland, graduated in law and philosophy from Universite Paris Assas and attended Ecole Normale Superieure Ulm.

Madhav is the SVP of Technology and GM of India at Perceptive Inc. With over 25 years in clinical trials technology, he leads Technology oversight and India Operations. Previously, Madhav held key roles at IQVIA, including Vice President of Engineering and India Operations Head. He has also served as CTO at Clario (Exco InTouch) and held senior positions at Merge Healthcare and Minidoc Inc. Known for visionary leadership, Madhav has a track record of building, launching, and scaling product suites, driving innovation and excellence in patient outcomes, by enabling and nurturing a collaborative and diverse culture.

Prior to joining Perceptive, Floris served as Director of M&A at Curium Pharma, a global leading nuclear medicine company. Floris began his career as an investment banker in corporate M&A focused on the pharmaceutical and chemical industries for almost 10 years. As head of Business Transformation, Floris plays a pivotal role overseeing Perceptive’s acquisition and divestment program, integration projects and other strategic initiatives.
